Dr. Hitchcock began his residency training in anatomic and clinical pathology at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, where he served as chief resident. Here, he also completed his hematopathology fellowship before launching his career in Connecticut at Waterbury Hospital Laboratory and Eastern Connecticut Pathology Consultants, concurrently serving as medical director and pathologist, respectively.
Dr. Hitchcock is a member of the College of American Pathologists and the American Society of Clinical Pathology.
He holds full medical licensure and is board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology, and hematopathology by the American Board of Pathology.
