Seacoast Pathology

Seacoast Pathology, located in Exeter, NH, has been serving the New England region for over 25 years. Seacoast Pathology opened in 1981, with a staff of seven, including four pathologists. Seacoast Pathology now boasts a highly-skilled technical and pathology staff of more than 25 personnel.

Our five board-certified pathologists provide clinical pathology, surgical pathology, and cytopathology professional services to private-practice clinicians, as well as Exeter Hospital and Anna Jaques Hospital, Newburyport, MA. Seacoast Pathology also owns and operates independent cytology, histology processing, and molecular pathology laboratories that provide technical support services to hospital, clinicians, and private pathology practices.
